Ewha School of Business offers its own international student exchange program, separates from the university’s international exchange program, in order to provide more diverse opportunities for the ESB students to become future business leaders who are well-prepared for the globalization. The program, which was launched in 2003, provides students with the chance to visit foreign countries, under the agreement with leading business schools in North America, Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, and to challenge themselves to a new environment, discovering their own potentials.

ESB International Office encourages students to experience cultural diversity and to learn global business etiquette through cultural exchanges with foreign exchange students who are studying at Ewha. In addition, the International Office holds forums joined by foreign students every semester to help students to encounter diverse views on current business issues and to be equipped with global communication skills, thereby growing as leaders suitable for the globalization era.
